See, here’s the thing about restaurants in Boston: Other peoples’ opinions don’t mean jack. “Go heea dude, the burga was awwwesome”. How many times have you heard that variation, gone to said restaurant, and realized you got the food equivalent of a dead skunk wrapped in a used diaper? Well, we’re here to change that...hopefully.

Starting in Brighton, we’ll be systematically eating our way through the streets of Beantown and reviewing your favorites and your loathes. Babe: Who’s fucking special? He’s fucking special. Hailing from the North Shore, this bad boy was raised on fried seafood, pasta, and burgers. That all caught up with him after the realization of a gluten sensitivity, but hey, that just adds to the flavor. He’ll be giving you the blow by blow on the gluten sensitive meals, drinks, and desserts of Boston’s finest. Cheers, fuckers.

Sweets: I am half Cambodian and half Peruvian, who loves to travel and try new foods.  I tend to like foods that use a variation of spices and flavors, but my standard meal usually consists of white rice, some kind of meat, and vegetables stir-fried in some type of sauce.  I can eat anything unlike Babe, but prefer not to eat certain things...like pork.  I’m excited about documenting our food journey and getting your feedback and thoughts along the way!
